The Solution

Multitaskr provided Mr. Lee with an all-inclusive approach to ADUs, offering expertise and guidance throughout the entire process, including navigating property feasibility and zoning regulations, exploring and securing the correct financing option, finish selection and interior design, city permits, and construction.

One of the highlights of the process was the 3D-Virtual Reality presentation, which helped Mr. Lee visualize and explore the ADU in a fully immersive experience before construction began.

With Multitaskr’s support, Mr. Lee secured a construction loan by unlocking his home equity, leading to the decision to build two Accessory Dwelling Units, which could help him achieve his financial goals. The ADUs were designed according to Mr. Lee’s specifications, with one being a two-story detached studio unit inspired by the historic Spanish-style cottages around town.
