RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Works with stakeholders and Sr. members to validate clear product and business objectives
  • Ensures PropTech, FinTech, and SaaS products meet success criteria and make ongoing progress visible in Jira
  • Resolves and surfaces blockers and dependencies for teams
  • Ensures milestones and release schedule is maintained to meet roadmap timelines
  • Ensures necessary project meetings are successful by preparing agendas, presentation materials, notes and follow up actions
  • Facilitates team meeting with Multitaskr leadership team
  • Works closely with product marketing and automations team to ensure that all changes to internal team processes are clear and accounted for and that all teams are prepared for the changes
  • Completes the project closure tasks, including lessons learned documentation; issues transition; and project document management
  • Maintains standard project management documentation utilizing
  • Ongoing documentation and communication of project status to stakeholders and leadership team on a weekly basis (or more frequently as necessary) using Jira

QUALIFICATIONS


  • 6+ years of professional experience project managing multidisciplinary teams and working in applications for SaaS products (Preferably for PropTech and Construction industries)
  • Expert knowledge of software dev methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Sprints)
  • Expert level with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Basecamp, Monday)
  • Extremely organized and well-structured with time and task management
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews
  • Ability to write technical documentation and product requirements
  • Ability to capture, translate ideas, users and business needs
  • Expert level assigning tasks, milestones, deadlines and following up with extreme organization level and sense of urgency
  • Proactive and a self-starter
  • Strong communications skills (English/Spanish 100% proficiency)
  • Ability to work with small multidisciplinary teams
