We’re currently seeking a Scope of Work Developer responsible for developing and implementing the scope of work for each construction project. They will structure and interpret data from the home diagnostic reports to assess the conditions of the property and define the milestones, reports, deliverables and expected end result of each project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interpret data from the home diagnostic report to develop the scope of work for construction projects
  • Work with the HDR department, estimators and project coordinators to gather all project data and adapt the scope of work to the client’s needs
  • Assess the property conditions and propose ways to maximize value and space usage
  • Align the scope of work to meet sales, strategy and budget goals
  • Consistently and concisely communicate with sales reps, contractors, estimators, HDR techs and architects to ensure transparency during the development process of the SOW
  • Create proactive solutions for unexpected challenges that arise during the construction phase

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience as a general contractor
  • Advanced knowledge of construction site assessment, operations and logistics

BASIC SKILLS

  • Knowledge of construction, solar and real estate
  • Proficient in web-based programs like Google Drive and Excel
  • Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize duties as necessary
  • Communicate effectively written and verbally
  • Manage time and pay attention to detail to ensure the completion of tasks
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
