RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and mentor junior developers
Advise C Level Executives on all aspects of workflow data management and processing
Maintain and improve a data-pipeline that encompasses a complex workflow, ensuring that data integrity is maintained as it is passed and processed to multiple stakeholders
Collaborating with software engineers, data scientists and product managers to rapidly build, test, and deploy code to create innovative solutions and add value to our customers’ experience
Identify areas to improve performance, scalability, reliability, and resilience of our systems, delivering thoughtful, robust solutions that anticipate future needs while meeting or exceeding expectations
Processing large amounts of internal and external system data for analytics, caching, modeling and more
Assist in the creation of a data architecture that can be used to build, deploy, and maintain machine learning-based software including data engineering pipelines, machine learning model training workflows
Monitor availability, performance, latency, and reliability across our suite of products.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience
5+ years of software engineering experience (back-end)
Experience with the full software development lifecycle of an architecturally complex systems
Experience with agile development methodologies and test-driven development processes
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with others at all levels
Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and frameworks
Experience with SQL
Experience building, designing and developing reports, dashboards, databases
