We’re currently looking for a Lead Data Analyst responsible for analyzing and disseminating information from the Data Analysis team in order to increase operational efficiency. This position will require the Data Analyst to submit digested data and suggested operational and administrative changes to accomplish the overall business and data strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating and managing data analysts
Organizing and transforming information into comprehensible structures
Using data to predict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole
Performing statistical analysis of data
Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs
Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and presenting these to management
Identifying and recommending new ways to save money by streamlining business processes
Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience as a lead data analyst
Experience working in real estate (desirable)

BASIC SKILLS

Ability to learn quickly and high attention to detail, communicate impeccably and work cross-functionally
Knowledge of Tableau and/or Google Data Studio
