RESPONSIBILITIES

Create, maintain, and evolve visual design standards for the Multitaskr brand
Help shape the strategic brand vision and goals for the Multitaskr team
Analyze results and incorporate into additional rounds or ideate on new testing/learning opportunities
Build strong cross-functional relationships with partners in product, engineering, analytics, communications, and marketing channel owners
Collaborate with our growing creative team to produce a wide variety of assets including but not limited to: print, digital, email, site comps, video, animation, illustration, etc.
Form a strong partnership with product design to ensure the brand is experienced the same way across all touchpoints
Organize, create, and manage asset libraries for scalable design system
Give and solicit feedback from teammates and cross-disciplinary partners
Work with design leadership to improve processes and workflows, as well as evaluate new tools
Translate strategic marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and execution
Ensure visual brand standards are met across all projects

QUALIFICATIONS

2-4 Years of experience creating online and offline graphic assets (photo edition, graphics, landing pages, emails, catalogs, etc)
Expert level in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and Framer
Strong graphic composition and color theory skills
Experience with digital advertising and web design
80% Bilingual (English and Spanish)
**Plus Atomic Design System knowledge

BASIC SKILLS
