RESPONSIBILITIES

Interpretation of support information (Matterport, DroneDeploy, Notas en Pipedrive)
Interpretation and Adequacy of Revit 3D Models
Setting, Texturing & 3D Model Lighting
Configuration and Presentation Rendering for Virtual Reality
Rendering of Images and Animations
Postproduction with or without photomontage
Tracking of changes with the Project Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced knowledge of SketchUp (Management of Plugins and Dynamic Objects)
Basic knowledge of Revit (Family Management) (Rendering using Revit models)
Experience with Real Time Rendering Engines (Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape or D5)
Experience Achieving Photorealistic Results (Detailed lighting, textures, setting, composition, etc.)
Advanced Photoshop for photomontages
Desirable: 80% bilingual
Great attention to detail
Organization and cleaning of 3D models
Punctuality, Proactivity and Teamwork
