Depending on your property size and your city’s zoning requirements, you may be able to construct up to three units.

No, proper owners will not have any out-of-pocket cost when applying for a loan through this program.

What are the fees associated with this program?
If you choose Multitaskr’s financing option, you will never have to make an out-of-pocket payment as the property owner. The rental income generated from the ADU will be used to offset the loan payments.
Do I have to occupy the main residence to qualify for this financing?
No, as of now, there are no owner occupancy requirements.
Is there a maximum loan amount?
There is not a set loan amount limit, but this funding has two separate loan funds to cover both the pre-construction and construction costs of the Accessory Dwelling Unit.
Can I build a garage conversion ADU (JADU)?
Yes, this funding is available for standalone units, attached ADUs, and ADU conversions!

Yes. Homeowners with a credit score of 660 or more may qualify for this financing option.
