The two-hour mixer was an excellent opportunity for professionals in the industry to network and learn more about Multitaskr’s offerings. The event was attended by a diverse group of real estate agents from all over San Diego who were eager to explore the latest trends in the market.

ADU Presentation
The host of the night was HSE and Real Estate Professional Miguel Aldrete. He presented the basics of ADUs, covering everything from different types of Granny Flats to regulatory issues such as setbacks and development. He also discussed Bill AB1033, which, if approved, would allow homeowners to sell their ADU separately from the primary residence!

Miguel also discussed the benefits of ADUs, such as property value appreciation, a second stream of income, and additional living space to keep the family close.
Additionally, Multitaskr presented financing solutions, such as 100% ADU Financing with a 4.99% promotional APR and deferred payments for qualified homeowners. Miguel explained such offers in great detail, covering the potential benefits for homeowners and realtors to get through the entire process, from architecture, design, permitting, and construction.
Christian Johnston, COO & Co-Founder, also took his turn to speak and gave a short speech, answered some questions from the guests, and even teased a new Multitaskr product that is set to shake the industry up positively, which got attendees highly excited to learn more about it.
ADU Referral Program
Multitaskr’s ADU Referral Program was one of the most exciting topics discussed during the Real Estate Industry Night. Attendees were eager to learn more about the program, which allows realtors to earn commissions for each client who signs a contract with Multitaskr.
The referral program is open to all real estate agents in San Diego. It’s an excellent opportunity for agents to earn extra income and build a long-term relationship with Multitaskr. The program is easy to sign up for, and once you’re in, all you need to do is refer clients to Multitaskr, and the rest is taken care of!
Additionally, Multitaskr’s ADU Referral Program is not only limited to real estate agents but also open to homeowners. If you know someone who is interested in building an ADU, you can refer them to Multitaskr and earn a referral fee if they sign a contract.
Takeaways
One of the event’s highlights was the VR station, which garnered significant interest among attendees. They were keen to try it out for themselves and see what it would be like to walk through a virtual version of a property. They were also excited as they got to be in the clients’ shoes and experience how it is to see a project before it’s even built!
The night ended on a high note, with attendees expressing their satisfaction and investment in Multitaskr and our offerings. So overall, Multitaskr’s First Real Estate Industry Night was a huge success, and we look forward to hosting more events like this in the future.
